Preliminary U9 and U10 divisions

Based on applications recently received from all (19) Clubs, the early prognosis for summer 2012 U9 and U10 divisions in the Eastern Ontario Development League is as follows:
U9 Boys -- 27 teams in 3 divisions, West-South, Central, East
U9 Girls -- 18 teams divided West and East
U10 Girls Tier 1  -- 10 teams in one District-wide division
U10 Boys Tier 1 -- 12 teams in one District-wide division
U10 Boys Tier 2 -- 25 teams in 3 divisions, South, West, East
U10 Girls Tier 2 -- 18 teams divided West and East

The team names will be be posted on our twin web-site (eodl.ca) in the next few days.  Rules for league play and rosters are currently being finalized by the Club-Head-Coaches and Technical Directors Forum.

In 2012, the Eastern Ontario Development League will be directed by a 4-member EODSA League Management Committee, with day-to-day operational support from EODSA staff, and with developmental and technical advice from the Club-Head-Coaches and Technical Directors Forum.
